      Warranty Terms

However, due to the significant costs associated with handling, processing, and initiating production of Pilates equipment, we have established the following guidelines for order cancellations. These policies are in place to protect both our business and our customers, ensuring transparency and fairness.

      24-Hour Cancellation Window

      You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please submit your cancellation request in writing via email to support@trysauna.com. Your request must include the following details:

      • Your order number
      • The specific product(s) you wish to cancel
      • Your full contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number

      This 24-hour window allows us to halt the processing of your order before significant costs are incurred. We strongly recommend that you review your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to ensure that all details are correct and that you are satisfied with your purchase.

      Cancellations After 24 Hours

      If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order, cancellation may still be possible in certain cases. Please contact our customer service team for specific details regarding your order. However, please be aware that:

      • Production Stage: If your order has already entered the production phase, a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 50% of the purchase price may apply. The exact fee will depend on how far along your item is in the manufacturing process. This fee covers the costs associated with materials, labor, and other resources that have already been allocated to your order.

      • Non-Cancellable Orders: Certain custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation after the 24-hour window, as production may begin immediately after your order is placed. Our customer service team will provide guidance on whether your order falls into this category.

      Orders in Transit

      Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. At this point, the product is on its way to you, and all shipping and handling processes have been initiated. If you wish to return the item once it arrives, please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to proceed.

      Refund Eligibility

      If your order is eligible for a refund after cancellation, please note that you may be responsible for the following costs:

      • Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs incurred by TS Pilates Equipment in processing your order may be deducted from your refund.
      • Credit Card Processing Fees: In some cases, credit card processing fees may also be deducted from your refund. These fees are charged to us by the payment processor and are non-refundable.

      Installment Orders

      For orders placed using an installment payment plan, cancellations are subject to additional restrictions:

      • No Cancellation After Processing: Once an installment order has been processed, it is not eligible for cancellation, even if the request is made within the initial 24-hour period.
      • Cancellation Fees: Cancelling an installment order after it has been placed will result in a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of the timing of the request.

      Due to the significant costs involved in handling and shipping Pilates equipment, returns are generally not accepted. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we may consider accepting a return. Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns:

      Customer Responsibility

      If a return is approved, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the equipment back to our facility. The cost of shipping and handling Pilates equipment is substantial, and as such, we cannot absorb these expenses as part of our return policy. Shipping large, heavy, and delicate equipment requires specialized logistics, which contributes to the high costs that unfortunately must be passed on to the customer in the event of a return.

      How to return a returnable product(s):

      • To start a return, contact us at support@trysauna.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
      • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Otherwise, a refund can’t be issued.
      • It’s the customer’s responsibility to ship and pay for the return shipping on any item(s) that is not damaged.
      • All returns are subjected to a 3% processing fee on credit card transactions that will be deducted from your refund.
      • When shipping back your item(s) you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

      PS:Customer who use PayPal should notice the following

      PayPal has made additional changes to the user agreement. Hence, there will be an additional 5% service charge for each order refund Customer needs to pay for the 5% service charge if they cancel their order .Or it would be deducted from customer's refund.

      Restocking Fee

      Once the returned equipment is received and inspected, a restocking fee of 25% to 40% of the purchase price will be applied. The exact fee will be determined based on the condition of the equipment upon its return. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, refurbishing, and restocking the equipment, as well as the initial costs incurred in shipping the product to you.

      Warranty Coverage

      While we strive to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, we understand that concerns may arise. Please note that all of our equipment is covered under a comprehensive warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures that any defects resulting from the manufacturing process will be addressed promptly and at no additional cost to you. Our commitment to quality means that we stand behind our products, offering repairs or replacements as necessary under the warranty terms.

      Why Return Costs Cannot Be Covered

      The cost of returning Pilates equipment is particularly high due to the nature of the products. These items are large, heavy, and require careful handling to avoid damage during transit. As a small business, we simply do not have the capacity to cover these significant shipping and handling costs. We aim to provide the highest quality products at competitive prices, and covering return costs would necessitate raising prices for all customers, which is something we strive to avoid.

      in-stock items usually take 1 - 2 weeks to be prepared for shipping, and shipping takes up to a week in the US.

      On-demand items, please expect an additional 4 - 6 weeks for production before preparing for shipping.
